Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your SwitchGrips. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Changed your mind?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the goods back.
- Items must be unused, unfitted and in their original packaging. Grips that have been fitted to a club cannot be returned unless faulty.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the items and for making sure they reach us. We recommend a tracked service.
- Once we receive and check the items we will refund the price you paid plus the standard delivery charge, within 14 days. We won't refund any extra you paid for a faster delivery option.
- We may reduce your refund if the items show signs of handling beyond what's needed to inspect them.
Faulty or damaged items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a full refund if you reject a faulty item within 30 days of receiving it. After 30 days we will repair or replace the item, and refund it if that isn't possible.
- Email info@switchgripsuk.com with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos showing the problem before you send anything back. We need this to approve the return.
- Once approved we will cover the cost of return postage and send you instructions.
- Refunds for faulty items include any delivery charges you paid.
How to return
- Email info@switchgripsuk.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm the return and give you the address to send it to.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 working days for your bank to process it after we confirm the refund.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
