Shipping policy

 

Delivery

We currently deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only. We don't ship to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or internationally at the moment.

Delivery options and costs

Standard: £4.99. Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more, sent Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Express: £6.99. Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, carrier issues or busy periods.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Trade orders

Larger trade orders may be sent by a different courier. We'll confirm the service when we confirm your order.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email info@switchgripsuk.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us photos within 48 hours so we can sort a replacement.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery and may charge a second delivery fee.
