Terms of Service
These terms apply to all orders placed through www.switchgripsuk.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email, but a contract is only formed when we dispatch your goods. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We take reasonable care to keep prices accurate, but if we spot an error on an order before dispatch we will contact you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling.
Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify Payments or another provider shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.
Products
Product images are for illustration. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Grip sizes are approximate and we recommend checking the specifications before ordering.
Fitting grips involves solvents and blades. Follow the fitting instructions and take care. We are not responsible for damage to clubs or injury caused by incorrect fitting.

Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
SwitchGrips is a trademark of its owner and is used under licence. All content on this site, including images, text and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you place it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, or your local courts if you live elsewhere in the UK.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, email info@switchgripsuk.com and we will do our best to put it right. If we can't resolve a dispute, you may be able to use alternative dispute resolution.
